Bankend:
Airquake accesses text from a backend website each time the application enters a certain section(s) of the application. This is done for regularly checking for updates (for example to fix a legal issue or application bugs, if discovered), and also for broadcasting messages to the users, within a game menu page. Accessing text from the backend website requires the application to communicate with the backend website's hosting server to obtain the text. By this process, information, such as, times of the access requests (the times of entering the text request trigger section(s) of the application, which logically can make the recorded timings indicative of that some user in-application actions are made and when, and that the application started and when), along with, among other things, IP addresses, hardware's/software's names/IDs/information, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and when and which data/pages were accessed, internet service provider (ISP), (from users' devices and third party service providers), may be sent to (collected by) the website's hosting company and its affiliates, processed, and stored on their storage, on the application developer's (or whoever becomes the application owner instead)'s behalf, as essential for security and functionality reasons, and can then be accessed by the application developer (or whoever becomes the application owner instead). The backend website does not support "Do Not Track" requests, and does not respond to these requests. This personal information collected by communicating with the backend website may be retained for as long as logically required for security, legal compliance, service providing, and essential reasons. This information can be kept only if required, and if it becomes no longer required, it is deleted after a reasonably short amount of time. Regarding deletion/block/access/correction user requests for this information collected by communicating with the backend website, the information is generally already deleted after a short time period from its collection. The backend website uses the HTTPS secure access to the website for secure communication. "Hostinger International Ltd." is the backend website's hosting company. Its website is www.hostinger.com, which includes its own privacy policy. (End of the "Backend" section).

The application developer (or whoever becomes the application owner instead) has the right to update this privacy policy at any time, and it is the user's responsibility to check the privacy policy periodically, to be updated with any changes.
